Severn Trent Community Fund is the proud sponsor of our U16 Maypole Lionesses team, providing the players with brand-new home and away football kits.

This generous support has given the team a strong identity and allows every player to represent Maypole FC with pride, both at home and on their travels. Having two complete kits is a fantastic investment in the team and helps create a professional and positive environment for the players as they continue their football journey.

The Severn Trent Community Fund supports local charities and community groups with £2 million each year. Since 2020, it has committed to investing more than £20 million over ten years into projects that make a real and lasting difference within the communities Severn Trent serves.

Customers and local communities are at the heart of the Fund. Applications are reviewed by an independent Community Fund Customer Panel, giving customers an important voice in deciding where the funding is invested and which projects receive support.

Maypole FC is extremely grateful to the Severn Trent Community Fund for supporting our U16 Lionesses and recognising the importance of creating opportunities for girls within grassroots football. Their contribution has made a genuine difference to the team and will be appreciated throughout the season.
