Welcome to Maypole FC.

Thank you for taking the time to visit our website and learn more about our club.

For me, Maypole FC has always been about far more than football. It's about giving every child, player, volunteer and family somewhere they feel welcome, valued and supported. A place where friendships are built, confidence grows and memories are made that last far beyond the final whistle.

As Chairman, I am incredibly proud to lead a club with a proud history stretching back to 1975, but I am even more excited about where we are heading. Every decision we make is centred around creating the very best environment for our members, both on and off the pitch.

At the heart of everything we do are three simple words:

Belong. Believe. Achieve.

We want every person who walks through our gates to feel that they belong, regardless of their age, ability or background. We want our players to believe in themselves, their teammates and what they are capable of achieving. Most importantly, we want everyone to leave Maypole FC having achieved something meaningful, whether that's learning a new skill, building confidence, making lifelong friends or simply enjoying the game they love.

We also believe that success isn't measured solely by trophies or league tables. Character matters just as much. We encourage every player, coach and volunteer to embrace our culture of respect, humility, teamwork and coachability. Being coachable means having the willingness to listen, learn, work hard and continuously improve. Those qualities stay with our young people long after their playing days are over.

None of what we achieve would be possible without our incredible volunteers, coaches, committee members, sponsors, parents and supporters. They give up countless hours behind the scenes to ensure our players have somewhere safe, enjoyable and inspiring to play football every week. Maypole FC is built on people who care, and that is something we will never take for granted.

Whether you're looking for your child's first football team, returning to the game, volunteering your time or considering supporting us as a sponsor, I hope you immediately feel what makes this club special. We are ambitious, we are passionate, and above all, we are one football family.
